Recently had an issue with my engine light turning on and my usual mechanics “My Car” told me I had to wait till Thursday for them to have a look at it. I ended up finding ABS auto by searching up places around Epping and they told me to come in right away.When I arrived, Kenny got to work right away and explained why the engine light turned on and said that it’s only an issue if it comes on again. I was so pleased with the service he had given and how well he explained it all so I decided to get my car serviced here. After the servicing, he explained that my rear brakes needed replacing and I booked that in right away.Every repair/diagnostic that was done to the car was explained thoroughly all 3 times that I had visited them. Any concerns were addressed right away as well. I will definitely be going back whenever my car needs a service/repair and I will be recommending ABS to family and friends. Kenny and the team are amazing!!!

Great personal service, trustworthy advice, no over-selling, just good honest and reliable opinion. And, they shined up my tyres! Not many services do this anymore. Will definitely make ABS our go to when it comes to having our cars (that we trust with our lives) looked at and serviced. Wont go back to any run of the mill mechanics that tell you that you need extra unnecessaries. ABS Will tell you how long it is before you need tyres, brakes etc. so impressed

I usually hate going to mechanics but this place was recommended by a local business owner in Epping shopping centre. Customer service was great and they fixed my car no problems. Other workshops had quoted crazy prices and told me that my ABS was broken and needed replacing, turns out it didn’t need replacing and it wasn’t broken 😂 Thanks for the honest service guys, will definitely be back and will definitely be recommending you to my family and friends 👍🏼👏👏 Keep up the great work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ABS is a great place to get your car serviced, friendly, reasonable price, and everything was explained to me what had been done and what major things need to be done ASAP, they didn’t Josh do things and rip me off with an expensive bill at pick up!

WHat can I say....."Old school honest mechanics" is the only way I can write this review. I had not used their service for 4 years, on my first visit back I was happy to see the same team and the same service.Pricing - their prices only went up $40 in 4 years... unheard of..Professionalism - old school honesty, no big talk, easy to understand, very clear descriptions of what work was carried out and what may be required next serviceStandard of Work - completed in the given times, vehicle was returned cleaner than when it was dropped off.The little thing that also made a difference, the air freshner, the tyre black and the care they took of the vehicle...Nice to know old school still exists in Melbourne...Excellent and trustworthy would sum up my first experience back.(p.s. only stopped using as moved away from the area)

I've taken my 4wd and 2 kids first cars(both old bangers) to Kenny to get sorted out.He's old school, experienced and doesn't tell you something needs to be replaced if it doesn't immediately.That's why I trust him.He'll let you know what's on the way out and what to expect in the future.What does that mean?No unnecessary costs plus quick turn around.

It is rare to come across a business that is run with such high standards of ethics and professionalism. First car service in Victoria, I happened to find it by chance. The experience immediately resulted in absolute trust and you really feel that you have dealt with family or someone you know very well. Went in to get the rear brakes on my car replaced on June19th - was told it could take from 8am to 12pm, was actually finished in 2 hours. Will be going back on Saturday 3rd July for replacement of the front brakes.
