We had our coaster bus serviced here today at ABS Auto Glenorchy and we are REALLY happy with the service provided.I always ask mechanics to call for anything out of scope of a regular service and… they hardly ever do.These guys ACTUALLY called us to double check extra things (dirty cabin filter, did we want a new fuel filter, etc).We’d been told by a prior mechanic that we needed to replace our rear bushes as they were splitting. Quoted $1600. These guys told us that wasn’t the case - there’s no extra movement and no splitting to be concerned about.Our brakes aren’t squeaky anymore and we were just all around impressed by the knowledge, professionalism, and excellent communication.Dropping off our home on wheels is always nerve wracking but these guys left it better than we found it, taking care to wipe down the surfaces - in our bus, the engine is accessed from in between passenger and drivers seats. We noticed the extra care and really appreciate it.Big thank you to the whole team!

Great honest service, recommended a different place for timing belt for our car, but happy to do regular servicing on it and honest feedback on diagnosing a problem leak on our Subaru.

ABS staff are always courteous and helpful and always ascertain what your needs are. They are also prompt in letting you know of any unexpected issues so you can choose whether to go ahead with other work.

We have used ABS to service our cars and are confident that they are a trusted and reliable company. They are always ready to address any concerns and act on them with courtesy, respect and consideration. They keep us informed and the vehicles are always ready on time and cleaned. We can always trust their advice and each service is followed up with their verbal and written observations. We used ABS on recommendation from other clients so we can now quantify that.

Very pleasant and easy to deal with, and did a great job of fixing my car. They washed the car and gave it back in fabulous condition . The mechanic explained everything well and I was even charged a bit Less than they told me it was going to be. They needed a part and got it quickly. I was very happy and highly recommend 👍🙂I used ABS for my Holden Cruze and greatly noticed the difference after their work. Recently I changed to another Holden Astra and with no hesitation I took it to ABS Derwent Park for its service. They are friendly, answer all my questions and explain what needs to be done, and they take their time to give you a good quote before major work is done so there are no surprises. I will always continue to take my car to ABS Glenorchy. They know about the cars and are pleasant to deal with. A+I had another service yesterday they exceeded my expectations again by blackening the tyres they made the car look and feel great to drive

What can I say, after travelling Australia in my motorhome for an extended period and dealing with a number of useless mechanics it was a relief to finally come across these guys, they had my brake issue sorted at short notice, where flexible, reasonable and happy to share there knowledge. Couldn't reccomend any higher.

I have been going to abs in derwent park regularly for several years and i have stuck with them as they have always been upfront with the issues ive had and explained everything to me and in my opinion gone above expectations in helping me which i have noticed and i appreciate their service,they have offered constructive advice and gone about fixing repairs or services at more than reasonable prices,I recommend them in everyway through my experiences i have had with abs and that you can go their with confidence they will do their best to make sure you are happy and in my experience i have been more than happy.

Was really pleased with the service here. Friendly staff and to the point, honest, prompt and well priced, its a great way to win a repeat customer. When they couldn't find a fault with my brakes they let me know and didn't waste too much of my time or money. Recommend.

Updated review and given a extra star, these guys helped me out this year with a suspension issue and car went back 3 times before issue was finally sorted, I think they thought I was crazy with ringing and saying noise is back, the Staff in there were terrific, can not fault the work ethic...will be back, (staff are probably now crying ha ha) Helpful staff, job was done as estimated timeline and cost.
